She holds a B.S. in Communication Studies & Public Relations from The State University of New York College at Oneonta.
Phil is the Vice President of Client Operations at ListenFirst, focusing on process improvements to elevate the client experience. Joining ListenFirst in 2014, Phil has a profound understanding of the product and plays a key role in decision-making for sustained client success. He holds a B.S. in Management Information Systems & Business Management from Notre Dame College of Ohio.
Devin Carroll is the Vice President of Sales at ListenFirst, where she is responsible for Enterprise, Expansion & Mid-Market growth. With over 7 years in the social analytics space, Devin knows the impact that social data can have in businesses bottom line. She holds a B.A. in Applied Psychology and Human Development from Boston College, with a focus on organizational studies.
